Vle Bazaar Gurgaon - Damaged and used products are delivered

I have purchased a EPSON L**** Colour printer from VLE Bazaar, Gurgaon and delivered it to me recently. When I opened the parcel, I found that the product is old and already used by someone and also repaired one. Mandatory parts such as User Manual, Warranty Card, Power Guard and USB cable are not available in the box. The ink on the ink tanker already filled (normally ink bottle provided with the box, the purchaser has to fill the ink to the ink tanker) and **% of the ink only available in the tanker. The same was informed immediately to the seller and during the course of conversation, the person attended the phone immediately disconnect the phone. Just now I came know that the seller having the practice of such habits.
