Samsung Slipt AC - Damage product given to me

I purchased a Samsung Split AC from Reliance Digital in April ****, after ** days, the AC stopped working and some sound started inside the AC while switching on.
I have raised the complaint through the Reliance Rescue app and called the Reliance customer care number multiple times.
Two days back I went to the Reliance showroom and raised the complaint and they promised me within one day the technician would visit and rectify the issues, but still there is no response from the Reliance team and the technician.
Last four months I have not used the AC, just kept it as a showcase in my room.
