Mpokket - Damage of self reputation

Hello,
Mpockket is a financial institutions which lends money to students and I appreciate it. Firstly it charges heavy interest rates and the recovery department is very harsh and abusive. The force us to pay or suicide. I have my payment pending and I clearly informed them that I'll make the payment with whatever interest they are charging. I also told them I need time to make the payment as my financial situation is not good. I clearly told them that I will pay for sure and it's just that i need time. Now, they have made a photograph of mine stating not to have any financial transactions with me and sending it to all my WhatsApp contacts list and posting it on my social media profile. I just need a clarification that, are those people are gonna pay ? Then what's the point of sending such messages to them ? It's just that they want to spoil the reputation. According to SEC *** of IPC "Whoever, by words either spoken or intended to be read, or by signs or by visible representations, makes or publishes any imputation concerning any person intending to harm, or knowing or having reason to believe that such imputation will harm, the reputation of such person, is said, except in the cases hereinafter expected, to defame that person. Explanation *.—It may amount to defamation to impute anything to a deceased person, if the imputation would harm the reputation of that person if living, and is intended to be hurtful to the feelings of his family or other near relatives". So in such case they are forcing me kill myself. I'm definately gonna do it and it's just that I want to tell to everyone before me hurting myself.
