- Damage of Motorcycle during servicing Closed
I purchased a classic *** grey metal color bike from bolt motorcycles LLP, Hyderabad. I gave it for my first servicing on * Jan **** to bolt motorcycles LLP. At the time of pickup, I witnessed that the exhaust cover of my bike had a big scratch and marking on my seat cover. Initially, the service centre representative mentioned that the scratch was already there but when I asked them to check the images (taken at the time of creating servicing ticket) then they found that scratch was not there.
They kept me waiting for ** minutes, and when I warned them to call the police than only the manager arrived. All their support staff was rude and non-cooperative. When I warned them of the court case only then they changed the exhaust guard. Even then seat cover was not addressed.
I suffered mentally and emotionally from the experience and was publicly mocked by the staff. I demand an indemnity of Rs * lakh for my mental harassment and time wastage from the service centre and eicher motors.
