Complaint : Air India Mumbai team Damage my bag.
My traveling Date * Feb **** from Sweden to Mumbai
Matter: Was travelling from Sweden to Mumbai via Delhi on *th of Jan ****. after collecting bag on airport in Mumbai i found that one of my baggage is damage i went to Air Indian Mumbai baggage office and i made a complain. after that they have created one complain report on same day and given one copy to me and they told me that they will repair or compensate the claim money. after our vendor do inspection of your damage bag. after * days from *th Jan air India send there vendor at my home for collecting that broken bag, vendor provide me the receipt of that. and vendor told me wait for * week will get back to you. after * week we didn't get any call or mail from vendor or air india about any status. now its almost * week we called airindia third party vendor that what was the update vendor told us that this bag is not repairable air India will compensate the money and they will contact you soon, so we were waiting for there call, but after * week from discussion with vendor still they have not contact us for any update. in between i have done dozen of mailed to air India baggage team but after * week Delhi team say your case will handle by air india mumbai team not by us. again i have mailed but not a single reply from air India Mumbai baggage team. i have wrote ** mail to airindia team but not a single reply and daily we has to call mumbai airindia team to asking about update they saying that only approval is pending from finance team. after * month also same answer. i have all evidence like complain report, mails, and mail from delhi team, video,image. please if anyone can help me out i really want to Sue this people and company.
