- DAIKIN VRV AC not working ^Open

Dear sir,

We have purchased an VRV system Daikin air conditioner to villa **, Lisaa Groves , Opp: Jayabheri peak , Hyderabad . Accordingly * invoices were raised for the total equipment supply in the name of M/S Taisun Infrastructure pvt. Ltd. and delivered the product and installed in the Villa by Air & Gas Enginners pvt. ltd.under the guidance of Daikin Team,

Subsequently the equipment was errected by Daikin team , the villa was ready for occupation in the month of December ****. we requested Daikin and Service agent to charge the Air conditioner by testing temperatures and charged on february *th by Daikin team ,

The unit was run till *th April in good condition and not working since today , we tried contacting service team with our old relation since call center is closed coz COVID ** and they cont attend as Lock down is in force , after spending **.* lakh rupees the unit was only performed for ** days and entire family is struggling since *th in peak summer with out AC
Finally a Technician attended the compliant on *th may and said the Gas of entire unit is leaked out and compressor is also burnt and said i need to pay entire cost for replacement of defective items since my Guarantee period is finished **/** months from date of purchase as per their rules
they have given a quote for *.** lakhs for repair and when i wrote a mail to DM, Hyderabad he wisely suggested me to enter AMC with them by giving proposal for *.** and he said there is possibility of more component failure in the system
i have replied them as follows
After lot of conversation with you over phone , you have agreed to send a senior technical team for analysis of fault to arrive the actual damage of unit

Accordingly Mr. Yousuf confirmed his visit coming with team on Saturday and requested for vehicle to carry gas cylinders and other equipment for testing and we arranged

Suddenly i got a mail from you saying you are taking special permission for my AMC for attracting price as a special case and team will be sent after giving quote ,accordingly i received **k for AMC and **K for service

My colleague, Mr. Kiran villa ** got AMC quote for **k per year without any fluence where as you offered me **k with special permission, its shame on your part as a DM you have given false quote to me by saying cock and bull stories since last * days and threatening me by giving an offer like this to accept with in * days

Please funish the following as requested by me in phone and trail mails
*.whats the guarantee/ warrenty policy of daikin for my low side and high side installation
*.please circulate handing over certificate of installation
*.send a good technician who can asses whats the actual fault

If you cannot to all these please give a reply to this mail so that will proceed legally
My context is as per Indian standards prevailing now are we allowing such a cheep products to india , and the same company is giving ** years compressor warranty in USA and how can a PCB, Compressor , Gas leak can happen with in * months ?
PLEASE GUIDE ME LEGALLY
