Induction cooktop was not working..raised a complaint on **th sep ****..not even a single person,technician called and enquired on that issue(company rule suggest that it will make a call to customer asap)..till **th sep i didnt received a single call from technician or any rentomojo executive..and moreover without even calling/notifying they only fixed a date if replacement on *rd nov...its been **days(for their delay in solving)without induction cooktop and *we are going out for food* in these corona days...otherwise we would have cooked in home only...this resulted in experiencing cold,headache,fever symptoms...and we also lose our savings for hospitals..
