Paypal Services Private Limited India - Customer services is very bad

Customer service section is very bad. When we ask one question they answer for another question. I asked the tracking number for my dd of the courier number service they does not updated me and provide me wrong number. I does not make request to cancel the dd.They themself decided to cancel the dd. I asked how you cancel without asking my permission there is no answer from them.For the past one week iam facing the issue. Without updating me they cancelled my chat also. These are the guys which they trouble me neha,Zeeshan, Krunal(he does not updated me even it has been cancelled earlier itself and talked for long time) and omkareswari(she closed my chat without updating me). I need apology from these guys and managment as well. there is no proper support in the customers..
