I purchased Nissan Sunny petrol car from JP Nagar showroom together with one year warranty by Drwheelz Auto Service Private Limited. The warranty got started from *th Feb ****.
Last Saturday on *th May **** I was traveling from Bangalore to Chittoor. Suddenly after *** kms my car had trouble in the highway so I called for the road side assistance from Drwheelz Auto Service Private Limited on its support number ********** but nobody responded on that number. So, I was very disappointed and my kids and family were disappointed and struggled on road. I took a cab for family and we went off and left the car on the highway near Chittoor. So I want to take strict action against Drwheelz Auto Service as they have very poor service and they have customer service negligence.
I have enquired about the car repair from Nissan service center in Bangalore and they have quoted approx Rs.***,*** for the repairs. Hence I want Drwheelz to reimburse Rs.***,*** to me for repairs and want to file a case against them.
