airtel deactivated my primary active sim with an active plan of three months validity (the plan was activated on *nd November and airtel deactivated the SIM on * Nov). when i contacted them via twitter support they asked me to go to airtel store to buy a duplicate sim and they will transfer my balance and activated plan to the duplicate sim, to my surprise when i visited airtel store their representative told me that the SIM is deactivated and its balance and plan have been lapsed. then I again contacted airtel twitter support then after vigorous complaining and wait of two whole weeks they issued and activated the duplicate sim. and when I asked them to compensate for all the trouble they have caused me and increase my plan validity as it is none of this is my fault, so why should i bear the loss in the form of validity, they refused (i'm attaching their official response).
