- Customer executive calling and harrasing for payment dues during pandemic Open
We are receiving calls from homecredit india and they are forcing us to pay our interest payments during these times. We have already applied for moratorium till sept still they are calling us and harrasing us to pay otherwise legal actions will be taken against us. Recovery executives are all very ruthless and impolite. They dont know the right way to talk to there clients. I strictly donot recommend people taking PL's from them.
