Cultfit Healthcare Private Limited - Cult is extremely uncooperative and going back on their words

We signed up for CultPass Elite in Secunderabad(proof in screenshot). We keep shifting cities. The terms & conditions say we can transfer city only once. This was never mentioned to us while we were transferring the city. Now its done, we moved, so we want to transfer the membership to another person, which they have clearly mentioned on the website that transfers to another person can be done (screenshot attached). When we mailed them about it, they are saying we have discontinued member to member transfer (email screenshot attached). Nothing of this sort is informed to us, their website is saying transfers are possible once ( Website terms & condition screenshot attached (**july****)). Kindly help us with this fraudulent and unprofessional behaviour that has taken up a lot of our money. They are uncooperative, rude and mean. We want to transfer membership to another person. Its not too much to ask!
