Indigo Airlines 6E - Credit shell amount not showing in Account

I booked a flight ticket in Indigo *E dated *th April however due to covid -** lockdown situation I cancelled my ticket and was informed that the amount will be safe in form of credit shell. However when I logged into my account to check my credit shell balance it shows * and neither I have received the refund amount in my bank account. It's been ** business days already according to their time period for refund.
Since the customer support services are not available at present for indigo airlines. I am not able to get any clue where my money is ? Even the vendor (goibibo) from where I booked tickets are saying that Indigo airlines are responsible for all the refund or credit shell balance processes.
