Sub: CIBIL Score not updated till **years, after payment settlement.

Dear Sir,
I have received a letter from ICICI Bank credit card on **th April **** for settlement of outstanding amount of RS. *****/- . I cleared the same amount on **-**-**** through cash payment.

One month back when I was processing for finance it turned down because dues still showing on ICICI credit card. And hence CIBIL Score also showing their outstanding that debarred me for further loan processing.

When I contacted local representative, Mr. Pankaj Kumar Mukhi (Mb: **********) of ICICI Credit card he took and escalated my complaint to seniors (Service request no-SR*********). After two month I got reply that my dues was **,*** on **** and I paid only **,*** hence my outstanding is still showing.
But in fact I received letter of demand for only **,*** and that I paid fully, so where’s my fault. I have shown him all letters and receipts and though he agreed with me but said he don’t have any resolution for it. And asked me to either pay the outstanding amount or contact customer care.

I don’t understand although I have all the letters and receipts than why it has been not resolved locally? Why also my CIBIL Score is showing outstanding? Is this type of service I should expect from ICICI Bank? I am running from bank to card representative to authorities through mails, calls and personal visits since three months. But not yet got any resolution or satisfactory answers.

So, kindly look into the matter and resolve it soon so that if I need any loan further it can be processed.
You also escalate it to concerned authority or guide me if I need to go through any legal procedure.
