I swipe mt RBL ET MONEY CARD at Gurukripa kirana store on * july ****. On that day due to some network issue transaction done of **** twice but both time amount deducted from card but not received by merchant yet but bank says that case they were reviewed and transaction was completed that's why we won't give money back. Actually that amount **** I paid by cash to Gurukripa kirana store. Now how can I get back my money. Complaint no. ******* at consumer forum and rbl customer service complaint no. Is ********.
