Sbi Bank - credit card payment
Nidamanu Naga Mallikarjuna Rao filed complaint against Sbi Bank on May 29, 2019
used credit card in **** and next usage stopped and card my be not cancelled(information from bank) and now **** he communicated to be pay *****.**/- rupees due to card is not cancelled at the time. daily calling to pay the money and after discussion aggregated for settlement and payed the ****/- amount by bill disk and attached the bill and settlement letter also. Sir, i am not used the money how can i pay. after **** no information from bank also. please help me and should not repeat to any customer please.
