HariHara D filed complaint against Hdfc Bank Credit Card Division on Oct 5, 2018
In **** one of my Colleague used my documents and taken hdfc Credit Card before he left company he has cleared all the Due amount and he asked me to cancel the Card [Which i missed to do because i was not having any Knowledge about cc].
Suddenly after *-* Months i was getting call from hdfcto clear the Balance which is ***rs but i told them i can clear please let me know the details about it but i haven't got any information how to clear.
Every time post * yrs I was getting call from customer care to clear Payment but they are not giving complete information.
When i got the knowledge about Credit Card I started applying Credit card then only i got to know because of hdfc Payment Balance it’s affected my cibilScore. i was continuously following with Customer care to clear the issues they never come back with the Solution.
On April'** i got call from hdfc Stating i need to pay them **,***rs which is unfair and I clearly told them I cant pay because its not my mistake, then they asked me do Settlement of *,***rs and after * Months your cibil issues will get cleared and you can apply new Credit Card based on that I paid them *,***rs [Online Transfer] but still if I apply Credit Card my application is getting Rejected due to Cibil issues.
