I had RBL credit card deliver on covid ** & the card was not activated. The sales lady told me to pay just one time charges Rs *** & the same I have paid. Later after a year they send a bill for **** Rupee as card fee & above that insurance ****( total **** ruppe.)
After sending multiple email to Reserve Bank of India. RBL deducted the insurance chargers but instead they charged intrest amount again the card fee of ****. Which is stil the same **** rupees.
Finally after couple of mail to RBL their legal team cald & I explained the whole story.. Now the CIBIL statement shows as settled but they put me in default list with score of *** ,plus besides that they show in CIBIL as payment pending/not paid. Every month it show as default only. Due to this the CIBIL score wil not get updated & complete blacklist
