I opted for the UI/UX course through MyCaptain in May’** with EMI option to pay off the course. However, due to change in my circumstances I requested for a cancellation in June which they rejected and denied refund stating that the course fees can’t be refunded. I called the customer care and the agent asked to send email as the team is not available on call. I did not get any reply from the team on email. I sent a cancellation request again in July and yet no reply.
There is no support from the team in understanding my situation. I have not been able to attend the course at all in the past * months and yet I have to pay for it. This is utterly disappointing and stressful for me as I am in a tough situation.
Can the MyCaptain team take this into consideration and reach out to me to approve my humble request? I’m in a difficult situation and I would really appreciate your support.
