Byju's - Course cancellation regarding

I'm filing this complaint again as I didn't get any solution for this but marked as offered resolution.
I Have Purchased Byju's Ias Tablet Course For **** In August For Rs *****. Due To Financial Reasons, My Mom Couldn't Able To Pay The Fee Further And We Asked Byju's To Cancel My Course From October *nd Week. Also She's Is A Single Parent, She Couldn't Afford To Pay The Fee. On Nov **,Without Our Knowledge, Byju's Debited EMI Amount. When We Said That We Can't Able To Pay The Fee, Kindly Cancel It Immediately, They Are Forcing Us To Pay Within Xxx Time. Sometimes, They Are Speaking Rudely To Me And My Mom. This Made Us Suffer Mentally. The One Who Joined Me In Byju's, He Didn't Reply To Me, Seems So Cool. These Money Minded People Didn't Think About The Mental Health Of The Person Urging Us To Pay The EMI All Of A Sudden.kindly cancel this course. Whenever we attend the call from byju's staffs they are asking us to contact some other team like cancellation team, financial team etc.. We have called both the team also mailed byju's support team regarding this. Same response every time.(asking us to call customer care/finance team/cancellation team/). I'm the one didn't take any calls from byju's as I need to concentrate on my studies. My mom was attending calls whenever she has Time. These people calling us continuously more than **/** times per day for EMI. Whenever we are telling them that we need to cancel the course / sometimes my mom has cried to them requesting them to cancel this course. They suddenly cut the call. As it was computer operated number we can't able to call back. Kindly, give us the solution for this. These People Are So Rude When It Comes To Money. We Have Suffered A Lot Mentally.
