- Courier Package not being processed for long time ^Open

I am having an extremely painful experience with this courier service over last * weeks in trying to send some parcels from Thrissur to USA.

My experience:
*. My parcel was picked up on Jan ** ****. Before pickup when enquiring about service I was told it will take * weeks to reach USA. After pickup and immediate full payment, it has been * weeks now and it has not yet even been put on a flight from Kochi/Bangalore.

*. They demanded full payment after pick up (~INR **K) but have not provided any tracking number/documentation of taking over my parcels.

*. Their customer service was highly unprofessional. They do not have the service sense/courtesy to proactively inform me about the status or the delays. Every few days we had to follow up and chase them and force an update out of them.

*. Reasons given out for delays were highly dubious. It is hard to believe they in * weeks of taking over the parcels at Thrissur and then transporting it to Kochi/Bangalore and coordinating with DHL for air cargo out of India, no paper work/tracking numbers were created. They did not provided a tracking number till Feb **. That too they have provided the tracking information for * parcel. Others are yet to be provided.

*. They have not been providing any information or contact details of their hubs where they claim the delay is happening.

*. Due to the terrible experience, on Feb ** I requested return of my parcels and cancellation of service as the parcels were going nowhere but sitting in their hubs. Next day they inform that some handing over to DHL has happened and payment has been forwarded conveniently. But still they did not provide tracking/document information till Feb **.

*. Before pickup they said they will do all repacking into their standard shipping boxes. However no repacking was done after payment and my parcel boxes where shipped as is to Bangalore.

*. There entire way of handling and giving me very little updates or providing any documented status of the shipment is raising severe concerns about safety of my parcels, possible theft, mishandling of items as well as illegal/criminal activities like putting illegal contrabands into my shipment.
