Shreetirupati Transport Private Limited - Courier pack not delivered

A courier was sent to me throught ShreeTirupati courier and it reached Mysore on **th March ****. We went on **th to collect it and that time they told its with courier man and will give by evening. They didnt deliver it and then lockdown started. After lockdown we called them again. then they told us to collect from office. We went to collect and they told its not with them. Till now they have not delivered and making many excuses
