- Courier not received no updates provided ^Open

We sent a courier from Ahmedabad to Germany. The service was DishaCouiere. They told us it would reach in ** to ** days. It's been more than a month now, and there have been no updates on the package. Now, the person is also not responding to calls. They did not share the tracking number, either. They are not picking up the phone also, package was as diwali gift but the company is very irresponsible, they gave no details they also put our wrong email ids in the bill so we get no updates. Now as we are in Germany they are simply ignoring with no response.

I would kindly request you take strict action and provide full refunds, along with package items cost.
