Blue Dart Courier WayBill no. ***********. I was not at home during the delivery time at *:** PM on **-Dec-** and I have requested to deliver the courier to my office address. New WayBill no. *********** was assigned and the courier was redirected to my office address. But it was not delivered for * days to my office address and I have visited the Blue Dart delivery office on **-Dec-**. They said the courier will be redirected to my home address and will be delivered on **-Dec-**. But the courier is at the Blue Dart Guindy office and I am not sure whether this courier will be delivered or not.
I am follow-up with the courier customer care every day but no use. I have planned many payments based on the Credit Card and now I have to pay penalties and loss my credit worthiness due to delay payments.
I have the Blue Dart courier tracking and my email and responses with Blue Dart Customer Care. Please raise a compliant.
