Jaycee Homes Private Limited - Construction not completed

I invested in the project launched in Mira Road (Project Name - Rio) by Jaycee Homes Pvt ltd way back in **** with the promise that the construction will be completed in * years and if not done so, I will receive **% interest per year. After multiple complaints including FIR at the Economic Offences Wing, no results have yielded. Builder Diipesh Bhagtani was jailed after a court case for ** months and other directors of the company, Laxman and Mukesh Bhagtani are on the run. Diipesh is already out on bail but hasn't paid any investors and has not shown any intentions of repaying either. I met Diipesh over a year ago and canceled the allotment letter with the written agreement of him depositing money in my account within a year, this hasn't happened either.
