Hi Team,
I want to bring to your notice the construction issue from the builder, I have been facing issue of leakage in the parking since couple of years & i dont see any resolution that has been taken place. I face this issue only during raining season and it is damaging my car, attaching the screenshots for your reference

Puraniks Builder - Builder not returning EoI money Closed
I have paid Rs ***** to Puraniks Builder as Expression of Interest(EoI) which builder has to refund within ** days if the customer does not book the flat/apartment. It has been more than * months but builder is not refunding the money....
