I have ordered a Mobile phone battery at Jaldifatafat on *th May, **** and since there were no option for Cash on Delivery, I had place the order on pre-paid basis. Due to lockdown I have considered the delay in delivery due Government restrictions. With repeated mailing at care@jaldifatafat.com, I got a reply that there operations have been restored since *th of June ****. One day after several attempts at the phone no ********** I can able to contact their customer care executive regarding the delivery status of my order which will be on or before **th of June. On **th of June when I tried to call them, no calls can be made at the aforesaid number. The relevant evidence in support has been attached.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
