Let me tell in brief, my broadband connection is not working since **rd December and the complaint is registered on the same day.
Since all the Nextra agents like Kapil, Nadeem, Rinki, Aashif, Rajesh, Zubeir, Ankit, Krunesh, Adarsh, & Arvind whith whome I have spoke are big liars, they even dont know their shift timings and Senior names, resolving the customer issue is another level thing for them. I have each and every call of liar agents recorded with me.
They provide** hours TAT to customers?? Since **rd December I have called around ** times and still did not got any call or assistance from their end.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
