I have * connections of Airtel and From last * months Airtel comapny is making us fool. On **th of everymonth they barred my both the connections without any reason and when I call them regarding this all representatives tell me a different story. Some say that my internet pack is not activated and other one says that its’s activated. Everytime they tell me to wait for **-** hours but without solving my problem they close the problem. I visited the store also and got my both sims replaced but still I am facing the same issue. On **th of everymonth my phone services are started (because of new billing cycle) One week of everymonth I am unable to use my phone (No internet, No calls, No SMS) but still I am paying the bill of that whole week. They are not redy to help me regarding this issue and are not even making chages in my bill.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
