- Conductor of bus harassed us during the travel ^Open

We took a bus from Chennai to Bangalore at *.** pm from Chennai on *th May ****. The bus was supposed to leave at *.** they call me at *.** and ask me to be there in * or they will leave us. We rush to the place. After getting in the bus we find out that the AC is not working as it is supposed to be. We complained, he says its too hot outside it will take time. We waited for half an hour before complaining again. He then says at least for one hour it will remain the same. Mind that the temperature outside was only ** degree and this is Volvo B*R multi-axle. After *.* hours when we complain again he says to ask the manager for a refund. We called manager, he says he will look into it. Next call we get from someone of that agency saying that you need to get down taking half the refund at a random town midway. It is *.** pm till now and it's already cool outside. So finally, when we decide to continue to travel he threatens us by saying I will throw you all out with your luggage. How dare you complain to my manager. He literally said what do you think, we will just park the bus and throw you out and says speak only as much as you are allowed to, my bus is * crore rupee how can you say its working as a non-ac bus.
This is not how they behave with the customer. I wish to take legal action against the harassment we faced.
