I am writing to complain about the worst customer service and cheating done by the Vasant Vihar staff (Dr. Palak, Manager Swati, and Technician Manisha).
*-Hair from neck & face will be permanently removed though it is a hair reduction, which I came to know after a discussion with Dr. Rishi. No hormonal test was informed to me by Vasant vihar employees of rich feel.
*- On the *th session of Ice Cube, Dr. Palak said, we need an ultrasound report as there is no reduction on your face & neck. It was not informed to me before starting the Ice cube & DT treatment.
*- As per the policy of RIchfeel, Dr. Palak never met me before and after the treatment. She met me only *-* times in the entire year. Her technician Manisha asked for a charge of Rs. ***.** if the client wants to discuss the treatment with Doctor of that branch.
*-I was never informed about the diet after the session and they never included in the session. Furthermore, the neckline hair is damaged due to not following the Standard Operating Procedure of Rich feel by Dr. Palak & Manisha in the Ice Cube session.
*-She never cleaned my face & moisture in the Ice Cube Session. Moreover, she simply started the session with razor and every time with a different frequency in Jules which led to irritation & burning sensation. I was never given a coolant to apply on my face & robe to change my clothes. Instead of this, they started operating without robe & proper supplies.
*-They never used disposable and said richfeel do not have disposable & session happened in my undergarments and once when I asked, Dr. Palak, screamed at me.
*-As per Palak, my DT was transferred to Lajpat Nagar due to the shortage of the Technician which was an awful experience because the staff was not trained & they did not have sufficient supplies. I had to tell them what needs to be done & how the machine operates.
*- Dr. Palak sends a different sheet of customers visiting for sessions to Dr. Rishi, wherein my signature was not matching with them. This is a fraudulent activity that has been done at the Vasant vihar clinic.
I made so many complaints about this to Dr palak, but she never took any action or tried to resolve my problems.
I trusted Richfeel because of the technology and the promises which were made by Dr. Palak. I need my treatment which was offered to me when I made the payments to Richfeel.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
