soleplay - Complaint Regarding Soleplay Shoes

Hi,
I purchased soleplay shoes from Tatacliq website on ** sept **** having Order ID: *********. Within ** days of use after * months of purchase it starts coming out and the upper layer starts shredding.
This is not the first time I am facing this issue because in my last purchase of a Luna product I also faced the same but ignored the exception. There is no point in purchasing from a brand name like TataCliq and paying four times the normal rate for the quality assumptions. We purchased it thinking that the Tata product is a reliable and worthy product but it proved out to be a myth.
Please, it's a humble request. Kindly refund the money or else exchange the shoes.
