- COMPLAINT regarding CONCEALMENT of the fact of Accidental Damage before the purchase of the vehicle Open
Dear Sir / Madam,
It is to regrettable to send this complaint where in Hyundai Car Dealer - Modi Hyundai Malad, (Modi Car Agencies Pvt. Ltd.) Mumbai has made a breach of trust by CONCEALING THE FACT OF SELLING THE ACCIDENTAL DAMAGED VEHICLE TO ME and the below email sent to Modi Hyundai is self explanatory. It's very regrettable to mention that there was not even a courtesy call by Modi Hyundai Team which is very desperate and this shows how ethical Modi Hyundai is and how they are cheating their customers.
I would request you to take a stringent action against Modi Hyundai (Modi Car Agencies Pvt. Ltd.) and also hope to get some sort of solution to my losses and damages.
Please look in to my case seriously such that these kind of CONCEALMENT doesn't repeat by MODI HYUNDAI (Modi Car Agencies Pvt. Ltd.) in future..

This is with reference to the above subject that I came to know about the accidental repair being done to my vehicle when i left my vehicle for service at KPR Auto Agency (Star Hyundai), Bannimantap, Mysore on *th July ****. I also looked in to the service history on Hyundai App and was shocked to see that there was a accidental Damage and it had been repaired at a cost of around Rs. ***** which was not revealed to me at the time of purchase of the said vehicle.
My vehicle details are as below:
Hyundai Xcent Prime T+
Vehicle Number - MH** CV****
Date of Purchase - **th Feb ****
Name of purchaser - Namratha D.
Branch - Malad Showroom
I would like to inform you that this is a complete breach of trust by Modi Hyundai.(Modi Car Agencies Pvt. Ltd.)
Unfortunately, the buyer who was about to purchase the vehicle from me is now quoting a lower price after knowing the fact that the vehicle had met with an accident of whatsoever nature or extent. This is causing a huge loss and damages to me.
I have also spoken to Ms. Cynthia Remedios (Customer Care Manager - Malad) on **th July **** with regards to this, which has turned futile.
Hence, in order to avoid such kind of concealed transaction in future and also to recover the financial damages to be incurred, I would like to take a legal action against MODI HYUNDAI through my legal advisor if I do not get any positive response from your side within a week. Also, I would be filing a written complaint to HYUNDAI MOTORS INDIA LIMITED HEADQUARTERS regarding this incident.
I would also like to create an awareness of such incidents through social media.
I look forward to find a solution to my problem from your end at the earliest.
