As I have AC complaint at home I call good luck service centre by online google search and they immediately respond. They send the technical person after checking. He told that gas has to be filled and for that **** and for service *** total **** is been a charge. For that I sanction and he filled the gas without proper equipment. When I ask he told that there is some problem with the meter. After complete, he issued the receipt which is attached and when I asked to test the AC he told that as we had filled the gas now it will take time to cool. As he has to attend another call he told to call at any time so that he will attend if required. I test full day and since then they are not lifting the phone either at the customer centre of tech. After n number of call finally, he lifts and told they won't work on Sunday he said Monday since then they are not lifting my phone. When I tried with other number and ask he told he will refund the amount as he cannot do the repair for that we provided the Paytm no. also since then, he stops lifting that phone no also and not deposited the amount.
Please help to get rid of this issue. I want the amount or want to get the work done. Need to take action against such cheater and fraud company who cheat the people. Even I wrote on WhatsApp also but he did not give any response.
