I PURCHASED THIS CAR IN THE MONTH OF AUGUST **** FROM AUTOMARK MOTORS PVT LTD WHICH WAS RUNNING A MONSOON SALE OFFER AND THERE WAS A DISCOUNT ON MY CAR LOOKING AT MY CAR WE BOUGHT THE CAR HOWEVER THE CAR STARTED GIVING TROUBLE AND WE SENT IT TO THE SERVICE STATION THEY SERVICED IT AND SENT IT HOWEVER THE PROBLEM ON THE SAME ISSUE CONTINUED AND THE COMPANY ONCE AGAIN TOOK MY CAR FOR SERVICE IN NOVEMBER **** THIS TIME THE COMPANY WHILE SERVICING IT MADE A MISTAKE AND THE CAR GOT LOCKED ALSO THE KEYS GOT DISABLED. SO MR. ANIRUDH FROM AUTOMARK SERVICE CALLED ME AND ASKED ME FOR THE SPARE KEY ON QUESTIONING HIM HE LIED TO ME SAYING THAT WHILE DOING THE SERVICE WE WILL NEED BOTH KEYS SO THAT IT CAN BE RESET AS THIS IS A GERMAN CAR AND ALL TECHNOLOGY IS IN GERMANY WHICH WE HAVE ALREADY REQUESTED TO SOLVE THE ISSUE HOWEVER I GAVE THE SPARE KEYS TO HIM HE THEN TRIED TO PLAY AROUND WITH THE CAR AND THEN DELIVERED THE CAR TO ME AFTER * DAYS SAYING THAT THE CAR IS STARTED AND THE KEY WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN ** DAYS TIME I ASKED HIM WHY AND THEN HE TOLD ME THAT THE CAR GOT LOCKED AND SO WE ARE REPLACING THE KEY AS THE KEY IS NOW NOT WORKING. AS I SAT IN THE CAR I SAW A RED STEERING ALERT AND INFORMED MR. ANIRUDH AND HE SAID SIR THIS WILL BE SOLVED WITHIN ** DAYS AS THE SOLUTION WILL BE COMING ALONG WITH YOUR KEYS WHICH HE WAS LYING.
AFTER WHICH I KEPT ON FOLLOWING UP OF THIS ALERT WITH HIM AND ALSO KEPT HIS SERVICE INVOICE ON HOLD AND CLEARLY INFORMED HIM TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE FIRST. MR. ANIRUDH KEPT ON AND ON PLAYING UP AND FINALLY HE ACCEPTED AND CALLED FOR MY CAR FOR SERVICE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND THIS TIME SINCE HE HAD NO SOLUTION HE STARTED PLAYING UP SAYING FIRST PAY THE INVOICE AND THEN WE WILLSOLVE THE ISSUE. IN THIS REGARDS I MADE A COMPLAIN TO HIS HIGHER AUTHORITY AS WELL AS VOLKSWAGON INDIA AND NONE OF THEM REPLIED MY CAR IS IN THEIR CUSTODY AND FRAUDLY KEPT MY CAR THEIR WITHOUT MY CONSENT ALSO DURING THIS PERIOD TO MAKE A COMPLAIN AGAINST THEM I WAS GOING THROUGH MY CAR REDISTRATION CARD TO FILL IN THE DETAILS OF THE CAR AND REALIZED THAT THE CAR WAS A **** MAKE WHERE IN I WAS NOT INFORMED AND THEN ON ASKING THE SALES PERSON HE INFORMED ME THAT THIS CAR WAS A DEMO CAR WHICH THEY SOLD ME AND NOT A FRESH ONE. I NEED YOU TO TAKE STRICT ACTION ON THEM EITHER TO RETURN MY MONEY OR TO GIVE ME A FRESH CAR. MY PURCHASE DATE IS AUGUST **** AND CAR MANUFACTURING SHOWS NOVEMBER ****. AND MR ANIRUDH KNEW ABOUT THIS AND HAS BEEN PLAYING AROUND WITH CUSTOMERS TO MAKE EXTRA MONEY. I HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS TO THE COMPANY AS WELL BUT NO REPLY. NOW AUTOMARK HAS SENT ME AN EMAIL STATING THAT IF I DON'T PAY THEM THEN THEY WILL CHARGE ME *** RS PER DAY AS PARKING CHARGES. THIS IS COMPLETE BLACKMAILING A CUSTOMER.
