vaishnavi tours and travles - Complaint against Vaishnavi Tours and Travles for repayment

Dear Sir/Madam,

Being a pilgrim, I had booked booked tour for Kedarnath, Badrinath and other places for my mother and sister. Total individual price was Rs *****/- and Rs *****/- for two person. I had submitted Rs *****/- as advance payment in the month of February. This tour was planned in the month of May **** but due to COVID second wave across the india, the tour got cancelled. Now i am requesting the owner lady continuously for my money back. She refunded me Rs ****/- and now on response for remaining amount.
I know the amount is not big and only Rs ****/- but it is my hard earned money and peny-peny is important for me now. My economical condition is pretty much hampered due to COVID scenario and strongly need my hard earned money back.
Please help me find out the way
