Greetings of the day!!

***PLEASE FORWARD/ESCALATE THIS EMAIL TO SENIOR KOTAK TEAM IF IT NOT REACHES TO CONCERNED TEAM*******

I'm writing this email in order to seek help from your bank. After the pandemic Covid-** second wave, our business has impacted a lot and thus we are not able to somehow come out with that situation till now. Especially in the past few months, we have gone through the toughest phase in our business due to these issues. Today's situation is that my business is completely closed and I'm unable to repay the bank loan that I took from the bank in Oct'**[LOAN ACCOUNT- #CSG*********]. This is not the first time I have taken a loan from your bank. There was not a single EMI that got bounced in previous years. So, Please see my track record before jumping to any conclusions. Hence my request to you to please cooperate and understand my situation first.

It is my humble request from the bank to please allow me sometime to arrange funds at the same time hoping the bank does not pressurize me for this. The truth is as of today I don't have any money to pay you, not even any source of income based on which I can give you a promise. There is a very bad and highly tense situation in my house due to this ongoing major financial crisis. I'm regularly receiving threatening calls from the banks who keep pressuring me to do the payments even though we already explained our situation to them. I'm regularly facing mental harassment via telephone that results into suicidal thoughts from last few days. Couple of recovery agents already visited MY HOME EVERY WEEK MISBEHAVED WITH MY FAMILY/NEIGBOUR and created unnecessary problems for my family. My health is not good and has been deteriorating day by day. I'm a hypertension patient, diagnosed with Type * diabetes a few days back only and am having high depression symptoms due to these things. If anything happens to me or to my family only the bank will be responsible. I'm not in the position to face anyone as I'm not in the position to talk due to my illness.

As I said, I'm not escaping anywhere nor even my family. I just need time to do something so that I can arrange funds but first Please DO NOT DRAG MY FAMILY INTO THIS. They don't have anything to do with this. My business is completely closed now you can cross check so it is my humble request to help me during this tough phase. Please provide time so that I can do something to pay you. But whatever I said this is the truth only and the truth is neither I have anything to pay you now because of this crisis nor I have specific time to tell you till when this can be resolved.
