I am holding a Bajaj Rbl Supercard and unfortunately I had some medical emergency and hence couldn't pay the bill this month and it was the first time i was not able to pay the bill ,the bank directly passed the account to Collection Agency , as per the Rbi policy bank cannot pass the account to collection agency if just one payment has been missed , and bank has to inform the customer about the agency name and contact details , a person name Sudhir directly send agents at my home and they did not have their employee card also ,is this the way Rbl works , i am treated as a defaulter
