Complainant: Mr. Salman Mirasaheb Mulani (S/O: Mirasaheb Rasul Mulani) Fraudster: Property Builder Mr. Raj Ghansolkar (Mob No:**********) Details: From Year **** i have invested my all Saving to this Builder for * bhk property Located in Kalyan (E), Dwarli Gaon, bhal i have given timely installments and stamp duty amounts total figure i have mentioned in PDF Attachments. He has delay and denied the possession instead of possession he sold the flat to another Person. after continuous visit to his office he provide me * cheques which is Bounce and i got penalty. He deceived and cheated more than ** people in my contact for the same reason (attached name and number in PDF Format) My Dad Mr. Mirasaheb Rasul Mulani (EX ARMY ) has in tremendous pressure due to this Cheating and he is suffered from Several measure health issues like High blood pressure, Loss in Eye Sight, weakness in Mental Health. I am requesting to please provide us justice from this Fraud by Refunding the money or possession for our * BHK flat.
