Ashman Infra Project Pvt Ltd. - Complaint against Promoter Builder for harassment cheating perpetrated fraud

Promoter has been served many complaints letter for huge deficiency of services, poor quality materials used in conjunction, door & door frames, bathroom fittings, water tanks, electrical equipment, tiles all are very sub-standard delivery and fittings, most of the room walls got severely damaged and plastering broken down. Blackmailing by way of demanding huge amount for electricity connection, on denial disconnected electricity line too. My flat since **-**-**** caused mental torture and forced us to stay in the flat without electricity in such a hot season or days. My family & children are being suffered from lots due to the promoter's mischievous conducts and deliberate harassment. Insufficient doors and windows caused the entrance & other rooms in the black dark in the day time. In kitchen green marbles fitted instead of granite violated the Regd. agreement deed dt.**-**-****, in all matters. The area of flat at ****/- per sq.ft x ****.**, here also the alloted built area is suspected to be much less than the regd. agreement deed and repeatedly requested the promoter to measure the built area of the allotted flat to be reconciled to exactly ****.** Sq. Feet but the promoter willfully avoiding to satisfy the area as per agreement & cost involved thereby cheating me & perpetrated fraud in many aspects. Execution & registration of sale deed of flat need to be completed without further delay having settled the dues if any payable after proper measurement of the Flat."
