P D Hinduja Hospital Medical Research Centre Khar Mumbai - Complaint against P D Hinduja Khar Hospital in Mumbai for nonrefund of security deposit

This is to complain against the non-refund of deposit money of **,*** by PD Hinduja Khar wherein I had taken treatment for my appendix operation on **-Feb ****.

My cashless insurance company was Niva Bupa and while Niva Bupa has settled the claim, Khar Hinduja has still not refunded the deposit money which is pending for more than * months now.

They have been making excuses despite providing them the final discharge approval at time of discharge from Niva Bupa and basis the agreement that the **,*** Rs deposit will be refunded after ** days.

Its been * months now and still they have not refunded the deposit.

The government should take strict action against these hospitals taking customers for a ride and not having transparent policies.

Pls if anyone can suggest how to get my money back.
