Resolution Demanded:
We had booked ola to Mumbai station because we had train tickets booked in emergency (expensive one) to travel to Rajasthan on my sisters wedding.
OLA pickup happed with delay, no issues because we still had time to reach station and catch the train.
We had train booked for *.** pm and we have boarded the cab to travel to Mumbai station.
The driving speed was ultra slow also they waited at one point for CNG filling or something for more than half an hour. we begged driver to help us reach on time because we had a train to catch and it was extremely important. nothing helped neither speed increased no we could reach on time and missed a train for just**-** min late arrival to station.
We not that rich to bear such a huge financila loss anlso the emotional loss as we missed important wedding of my sister which was awaited since a year.
I called customer care a lot and was on call for around an hour asking for help at least refund of our amount. nothing helped moreover that senior executive women was telling to junior support executive that why didn't you just cut the call. Is this how we customer should be treated.
OLA cannot compensate our emotional loss but we hope that they can at-least help us to recover from financial loss. support person was simply denying to help us in giving our money back. Its my own money and we lost so much because OLa not just in terms of money.
If no action will be taken then I ma fine to go in a legal way.
It was purely mistake of OLA services and assistance / help will be appreciated I can share supportive documents if needed.
