Please refund my money back now.
The store incharge in Bangalore kalyangar did behave rude, himulated and damaged my ethics emotionally.
I have a complaint about all of the store employees along with the store in charge so called Mr. Tiwari.
As I was in hurry and someone asked me to fixed upy inner as it was visible.
I already did shopping and about to leave the store however since I had to ran away again to the trial room as my iner was visible and that time my other stuff along with all dresses fell down.
By mistake there was one other dress as like i have purchased the one.
It was mixed up and I didn't realise at the security check point even I got surprised too.
However, i explained the same scenario and they himulated like anything.
It was a himulated experience i have ever experienced.
Moreover, I called the customer service right away and that guy Aryan who was speaking with me he wasted my time without registered my complaint.
I hope the background story is enough for your understanding.
Give my money back as I didn't collect product.
Give my money back immediately.
Otherwise I have to reach to Aditya Birla group owner or CEO.
Choice is yours and don't ask me to collect the dress from that shop.
And the pathetic parts are even being a normal customer you can't reach to the hierarchies if you want to register complaint they have blocked their email.
Even though Amazon had Mr. Joseph email address and you can reach directly to the team.
Refund my money back as it's hard working money I want my money back right away.
I called so many so called customer service and they made me wait for an hour to just speak to supervisor and they didn't transfer the call.
I have requested si many times to just transfer the call to the supervisor to escalate it.
Is it to belive that agents are working without a supervisor.
Such a pathetic service.
My question is, the store manager to busy on personal call and just himulated the customer is this reason to hire store manager.
As a proof here is the attachment of my today's transaction.
Return my money back.
