Angel One - Complaint against Mr Dinesh Thakker CMD Angel Broking Address Floor Ackruti Star Central Road MIDC

I, Jag Lochan Singh, was associated with Angel One (previously Angel Broking) as authorised person (JJLC) as per guidelines of SEBI/NSE (Copy enclosed). Due to several regular technical issues reported by some of the clients in trading terminal of Angel, many clients faced heavy losses and they filed complaints before NSE/SEBI against the company in this regard.

Some Higher authorities of Angel One pressurized me to make false statements in the above-mentioned cases. They called me many times and informed me that MD/CMD of Angel one want to do this. I clearly replied that I will not make any false statement against the facts. After that, they issued me a notice to cancellation of my registration as an authorised person on **.**.****. I objected this unlawful act and requested them to provide me opportunity to appeal against the said notice, which was also ignored by them.

On being harassed by them at higher level, I requested them to return my Security Deposit and pending Brokerage payout of amounting approx. * Lakh (with *% monthly interest) but they informed me that it will be paid after * months. I asked for the reason of * months time, they sent me a document which was not signed by me. I again asked them to provide the document signed by me in this regard, they sent me a document which was not signed by me and I never met the person whose signatures were available on the document on the behalf of Angel One. I doubt that this is fabricated documents created by Angel One. Since then, I have written them more than ** emails requesting them to return my said amount. But, they are not ready to return my amount and threating me to go court/Police.

In view of above, I request you to take necessary action against the concerned and get released my said amount from Mr Dinesh Thakkar, Angel One at earliest.
