The issue involves misleading advertising through social media reels, followed by delivery of inferior products that do not match the ordered items.
Key concerns: False advertising: Reels showcase high-quality products, but delivered items are cheap and of poor quality.
Refund denial: Despite complaints, the vendor refuses to provide refunds.
Pattern of fraud: Multiple customers have reported similar experiences, indicating intentional deceit.
