The car was damaged at the time of delivery. Seems to be physically damaged by the personnel in the Service center.
Given the Car for *nd Year Maintenence Service. Called them on *th Nov, But the service date was given on **th Nov. it got dragged further. Then scheduled it for **th Nov. Got the car back on **th Nov.
Not in town all these days. Today I'm back and noticed that it is broken.
Called the Service Center they said they verify the CCTV and confirm. But I want to bring this to the consumer forum because this is happening for the *nd time.
The last time when I gave my vehicle for Service, I got the vehicle and noticed that I was getting noise from the shock absorber. My vehicle warranty is covered. I asked them to cover it under Warranty. But they said it is not covered. what is the use of Warrenty. However, I paid as it was around **** bucks as I dont want to delay it by keeping the car in service center.
But not this, I want to challenge them, it is done there.. also I want to see the cctv footage where said they will verify it.
