Subject: Complaint Against Swiggy and Pizza Hut for Unsatisfactory Order Experience and Request for Refund
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Swiggy and Pizza Hut regarding an order that I placed on July **, ****, at *:** PM through the Swiggy platform.

Nature of Complaint:
The food items delivered were completely cold and unfit for consumption.
The size and quality of the items were not as per the standards expected from Pizza Hut.

Response from Swiggy Customer Care:
I initially raised my concerns with Swiggy Customer Care. They responded with an unsatisfactory resolution that did not address my request for a refund or replacement.
Despite writing another email to follow up, I received no further response from Swiggy. This lack of responsiveness and concern is very disappointing for us as customers. It wasted my time and money, and Swiggy did not even address the issue adequately.
Impact:
This order was placed to celebrate my children's school achievements, making this experience even more disappointing. The poor quality of the food and lack of customer support from Swiggy ruined what was supposed to be a joyous occasion for my family.
Actions Taken:
I contacted Pizza Hut customer service directly and requested a refund or replacement. However, I have not received a satisfactory resolution.
Request for Resolution:
Given the poor condition and quality of the food, I am requesting the Consumer Court to direct Swiggy and Pizza Hut to:
Provide a full refund for the order.
Compensate for the inconvenience, wasted time, money, and emotional distress caused due to this incident.
