I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the Realme dizo buds p and it's warranty claim service or policy that I recently experienced with my Realme dizo buds p, as well as the unprofessional behavior of the service center manager Krishna vikas barke, at Maharashtra, Nashik-******
I purchased the product **/**/**** and have been having issues with it since it is not disconnecting though after putting it back in its case. When I brought the product to the service center, I had an unpleasant interaction with the manager. Not only was the manager unhelpful in resolving my issue, but they also attempted to charge me extra fees even though my product was under warranty and did not require any additional services.
As a long-time customer of Dizo, I have always trusted your company to provide reliable and high-quality products and services, but this experience has left me feeling let down and frustrated.
I am requesting a prompt resolution to this issue. I would like the replacement of my product. Please let me know what steps you will be taking to address this issue, and the expected timeframe for resolving it.
I must also express that this experience has greatly diminished my confidence in Dizo's products and services, and I am not sure that I will be purchasing from your company again in the future. The behavior of the service center manager was completely unprofessional and unacceptable, and it has only added to my dissatisfaction.
In addition, I was extremely disappointed when the service center manager asked me to pay extra charges for a warranty repair that should have been covered by the warranty. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and it undermines my trust in Dizo as a company that stands behind its products.
