Dear Concern,
Today I visited the Smart Bazar, Agartala, Tripura, Mantribari Road Branch just now. I got the worst experience due to the staff's behaviour. I visited the utensil section and I called the staff lots of time for some help, but nobody came forward, although they were talking with other staff. Even the billing section also. I think Mr Diptanu was in the billing section.
I am an advocate and I protest it seriously as a common customer, please take the issue seriously. I had the best experience of smart bazar all over India, but I was strange at this outlet.
I also raised a note in your branch complaint book.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
