RISA RUDRA filed complaint against Boat on May 23, 2022
Dear Boat,
I have a serious issue regarding deliveration of my headphone. My headphone boat Rockerz ***v* found inactive while it was in warranty period. So, I went to the local service center addressed Howrah Maidan West Bengal- ******. There I mate I representative who told that this product is not available right now. So they have suggested me to right down my own residence address and they will deliver the same product into my house as the product was not available to that service center. After a few day I have came to know through my Gmail that the new product has been delivered, I didn't received any product of my requirement from your end. Later on I have called your service representative but they are saying that the problem will resolve within a few days but my issue is not resolved yet. Hence requesting you to solve my problem and get a call back from your end. Otherwise I have to complain this issue via consumer forum.
